Jeremy Lambert

Pitching Coach



Hometown: Salt Lake City, UT

Jeremy Lambert brings decades of professional baseball experience and a passion for player development to the next generation of athletes. Drafted by the St. Louis Cardinals in the 16th round of the 1997 MLB Amateur Draft, Jeremy went straight from Kearns High School, where he earned All-State honors and was recognized as a Gatorade All-American, into the professional ranks. During his high school career, Jeremy topped out at 93 mph, a testament to his exceptional talent as a pitcher.

As a relief pitcher, Jeremy played professionally in the minor leagues from 1997 to 2004, competing with organizations like the St. Louis Cardinals and the Boston Red Sox. His career was highlighted by several achievements, including:


  • Being named to the 40-man roster in 2001, 2002, & 2003.
  • Winning the Arizona Fall League Championship in 2001.
  • Leading the St. Louis Cardinals minor league organization in strikeouts per game in 2001 with 12.9 per 9 innings.
  • Reaching a top velocity of 98 mph during his professional career.


In recognition of his success, Jeremy’s number was retired at Kearns High School.



Coaching Career & Community Impact

Jeremy has been coaching youth athletes for over 20 years, working with players at all levels, including:

  • Professional athletes.
  • Collegiate players at all levels.
  • High School and youth-level athletes.
  • Athletes through organizations like the Marshall Gates Foundation.

Jeremy is committed to giving back to the baseball and softball communities, inspiring athletes to pursue their dreams, and helping them 

achieve their goals both on and off the field.
