Pitching DNA Baseball Camp Cancellation Policy
At Pitching DNA, we are committed to providing a top-tier training experience for all participants. To ensure smooth operations and fairness to all campers, please review our cancellation policy below:
1. Cancellation by Camper
- More than 14 days before the start of the camp: A full refund will be issued, minus a 10% processing fee.
- Less than 14 days but more than 7 days before the start of the camp: A 50% refund will be issued.
- Less than 7 days before the start of the camp: No refunds will be issued. However, if notified 24 hours prior to the start of the camp the camper may use the credit toward a future Pitching DNA event.
2. Cancellation by Pitching DNA
- If Pitching DNA cancels a camp for any reason (e.g., weather, low enrollment, or unforeseen circumstances), participants will receive a full refund or may choose to transfer to a future camp date at no additional cost.
3. Medical Emergencies
- In the event of a medical emergency that prevents a participant from attending, a partial refund (up to 75%) or a transfer to another camp may be offered. A doctor’s note may be required.
4. No-Show Policy
- Participants who do not show up to the camp without prior notification will not receive a refund or make-up session.
5. Transfer Policy
- Transfers to another camp are available, based on availability. If you wish to transfer, please notify us at least 7 days in advance. A transfer fee may apply.
6. Weather and Field Conditions
- Camps may be rescheduled or canceled due to inclement weather or poor field conditions. In such cases, you will be notified promptly and will have the option to either reschedule or receive a full refund.
7. How to Cancel or Request a Transfer
